- [Instructor] Organized Power BI shared accounts are powerful and the new folder option that we can leverage in our Power BI service accounts makes it even more powerful. Previously, folders were only available in Power BI Report Server accounts, which run off your organization's servers instead of the cloud. We can create folders within our Power BI workspaces and then sub-folders within these folders to store our reports, paginate reports and semantic models. Let's explore how folders work within our Power BI weekly workspace. Notice there are a number of semantic models, as well as reports and paginate reports within the specific workspace. We see at the top of the workspace, there's a menu option to add a new item and right next to that, we have the option to add a new folder. Let's then give the new folder name, test. To move items into the folder, we'll select the report or model by choosing the ellipsis dropdown…
