- [Instructor] One of my own favorite features in Power BI is the ability to drill between a high-level summary of the data in the source page and a more detailed view in the drill-through page. I recommend thinking of this as a process that goes backward where we start with the drill-through page. We want to add the drill-through fields to the entire drill-through page. And then in the source page, if we want to connect to the drill-through page to see more details, the visual itself needs to contain a field for the same drill-through field. In Power BI Desktop, let's see how this works using data for the Texas electricity grid. Let's create a summary page by the segment where we're going to show the megawatt hours in total produced for each energy segment.
