The Dutch company has taken an important step in the insolvency proceedings of the German aircraft developer. After concluding a trust agreement, it received the draft of the purchase contract of the assets as well as the annexes, which include intellectual property rights, technical data and physical goods. Ambitious Air Mobility Group AAMG thus has clarity about the possible purchase object Lilium for the first time. However, AAMG CEO Robert Kamp emphasises that there are still considerable risks. These are currently being legally scrutinised to secure guarantees. Only then do you want to weigh up opportunities and risks against each other. In the face of high capital requirements and burdens on creditors, Ambitious Air Mobility Group remains cautious. https://lnkd.in/eZyXwNce
This is soft talk for “we are pulling back” unless we can buy all for 1 Euro.
Start immideatly by changing E-Jets to SAF - powered microjets! Much better sustainability, CO2 neutral, safe! When Battery technology matures to 1kWh/kg maybe go "back" to e-jets. We are ready to convert a previouse model ( 2 seater, 4 seater ) to SAF powered microjets! However, if you are interested we can do this without Lilium. But with Lilium this development at the end wuld cost nothing. Streategy: Buy all the shares available - convert to SAF powered microjets - sell shares which would skrocket.
Still waiting for the first manned flight. LovingLilium.com
