COMHAR’s Vanderwoude Center serves as the heart of our Intellectual Disability (ID) Supports, offering a safe and empowering space for individuals to grow. It is the central hub for our Community Participation Supports and Supported Employment programs. Through the dedication of our Direct Support Professionals, individuals are supported in developing self-care skills, increasing independence, and—when desired—building vocational skills that can lead to meaningful employment in the community.
