🔴 I urgently need Dell’s help 🔴 I purchased a Dell Inspiron 3520 in Bolivia, sold as new with an active warranty. However, Dell offices in the U.S. confirmed the warranty was expired and registered under a third party (INTCOMEX), and the laptop shows serious hardware failures typical of refurbished equipment. Despite multiple communications, INTCOMEX ignores the issue and refuses to take responsibility for selling products with expired warranties. This situation has caused me professional and economic damages, preventing me from working normally during international travel. I publicly request that Dell Technologies intervene directly and ensure the replacement of my laptop with a new device, under valid warranty and superior conditions, in line with international consumer protection standards.
