Held at the Novotel Brighton, Our Annual Feros Group Awards Night brought together 375 of the incredible staff members across our venues and head office —our biggest celebration yet. This night is always a special one for the Feros Group. It’s the one time our venues come together to reflect, connect, and recognise the hard work and dedication that powers everything we do. From generous prizes like Westfield vouchers, to an amazing all expenses trip to Byron Bay for our Employee of the Year, it was a night full of gratitude and celebration. A massive congratulations to all our winners & a special mention to the following: Venue of the Year – Highfield Head Chef of the Year – Jason Pratt Licensee of the Year – Jacob Crane Employee of the Year – Sam Cruickshank Special Mention – Brock Nelson   We’re proud of how far we’ve come—and even more excited for what the next 12 months will bring.
