Joss is proud to announce that it has been awarded it's first project under the Defence Australia Riverina Redevelopment Program. Located at the Albury Wodonga Military Area, the project comprises two main work elements and associated infrastructure upgrade works. The first work element will see Joss enhance the storage capacity within a current warehouse. The second element is an extension of a storage facility to provide over 6,000m² of paved covered area. The associated infrastructure works comprise demolition of existing roads, infilling the existing stormwater detention basin and forming of a new one, installation of a new stormwater system and landscaping works. The completion of these works will support the Defence capability for the next 30 years. #RRJV #RiverinaRedevelopmentJointVenture #Defence #AlburyWodonga
It is going to take awhile to chew through the $1.1 b approved so far. As much scope as possible delivered by local businesses in the Riverina Murray and Hume economic development zones over a fair stretch depending on approve project... 5 to 8 years. Great for #Defence ans also local businesses like Joss Group. 1 of 4 projects remains unapproved the Blamey Baaracks Kapooka Redevelopment referred to the Federal Parliament Public Works Committee for inquiry in the near future. But the renewal of a series of Bases that generate a heap of personnel capability for the #ADF. Good stuff.
Great work all at Joss
Congrates team Joss!
