How can lenovo deny a warranty? You all first arrange a technician and then cancel it and change your stances and lie to the customer? Case no. 2028461824. Then you try to interrelate a keyboard issue with no power situation with a gap of more than 6 months? You keep showing that the warranty upgrade is in progress for almost more than a year and your technicians keep lying and changing stances? You clearly deny Warranty? Is that how lenovo works??

Lenovo Support Is dealing and harrassing the customer not a sensitive issue? Case no. 2028461824 I have got a denial email despite your assurance. This is clear that only legal remedy has to be sought and Lenovo india will not help the customer even for a genuine concern and value their own warranty. I paid extra for the warranty only to get harrassed like this? This is shameful on Lenovo's part as they are not fulfilling their own promises and after troubleshooting for 4.5 hrs and arranging a technician for onsite warranty they are cancelling the technician visit and co relating things. We have all the evidences and now we will prove everything in the appropriate court of law for justice. We will fight for our right till the end.
