We’re proud to honor Gretchen Puchon, AIC, Senior Claims Resolution Specialist II, as the first-ever Liberty Torchbearers Award recipient at USRM’s 2025 Circle of Excellence. Her volunteer work — at Ronald McDonald House, the Camden County Miracle League and her daughter’s Girl Scouts troop — proves how one person’s commitment creates real impact. After losing both her father and a Liberty colleague to cancer this year, Gretchen chose to channel her grief into action. Through Liberty Torchbearers — our employee volunteer and giving program — she directed her Liberty Torchbearers impact grant to the American Association for Cancer Research in their honor.
