As a school community, how are we to engage with each other as a school community so that we're safe, so that our voices are heard, so that we learn from each other. And so our PBI structures are, you know, around that building of community and operating and working safely together. And then we know in any community we're going to have challenges within that school community. When we're having challenges are we use restorative practices proactively to develop our relationships, but. Also, when things happen, how do we reengage or how do we communicate with each other so that we learn from that experience and that we're able to move on. So we utilize restorative circles for that.
