His unwavering focus on empowering people, thinking strategically, and embedding a culture of engagement enables him to deliver outcomes for clients and project teams. As a collaborative, inclusive and values driven leader, Huy leads the development and execution of corporate strategy and planning, operations, and business development. Huy is actively engaged with the industry and passionate about mentoring and supporting diverse and inclusive outcomes. Belinda Coates, GAICD - Founder of Harper B Belinda Coates is a transformative business strategist with extensive experience in executive leadership, commercial advisory, and strategic growth across the built environment. As former CEO of ADP Consulting, she led the firm through major growth—expanding internationally, increasing revenue by 50% in 2.5 years, and driving its acquisition. She has held senior roles with HASSELL, Woods Bagot, Maddocks, and Slattery, shaping bold growth strategies and transforming culture across Australia and the UK. Belinda is currently a Non-Executive Director at Storey Residential and serves on the Property Committee of the Brotherhood of St Laurence Board. A respected thought leader, she is known for aligning vision with execution and unlocking market potential.
