NYC Founder Fellowship returns, supports underrepresented tech founders

The NYC Founder Fellowship returns for its fifth year, advancing a new generation of critical technology founders from underrepresented communities. Led by Newlab in partnership with New York City Economic Development Corporation, Bank of America, and Gunderson Dettmer, the program connects 15 selected startups with the infrastructure, capital access, and technical support needed to scale breakthrough solutions in Brooklyn and beyond. Selected fellows will gain access to: - A year-long membership at Newlab Brooklyn for up to two co-founders - Connections to industry leaders - The opportunity to receive up to $75,000 investment from Newlab - Key connections to investors for fundraising support - One-on-one mentoring to tackle their specific challenges - Hands-on workshops 2026 fellows will join a network of prominent alumni companies such as Mira, Podium Automation, and ChemFinity Technologies.
