Dear Team Samsung, I have a samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra which i brought through Amazon 3 years back, and was very satisfied with it until a bright green light appeared on the top-right corner of the display which is very annoying. I had approached the Samsung customer service here in Tezpur, Assam, India, Ph no 6000321225, but they told me that Samsung has a free display replacement prog, only for devices upto 3 yrs old and could not give me a free replacement, as my device has just crossed that limit by only one and half month. I have used this phone very carefully and there is not a single scratch on it. It would be very kind of you people if you would consider as this type of complaints will be appearing more and more in the near future. We have great faith in Samsung and would like to keep it that way. Please consider my case as my phone is just 3 uears and 2 months old, and since you are giving a free display replacement to everyone, please do replace my screen too.
