Multiplier workshop in the project ‘NABASO – Sustainable Training in Construction and Social Services’ The NABASO team at the UNESCO Chair for Vocational Education, Competence Development and the Future of Work at TU Dortmund University, together with the project manager at ABZ Hamm, developed a concept for a practice-oriented BBNE multiplier workshop, which took place in Hamm on 11 September. Based on ideas for ‘sustainable construction’, the trainers planned sustainability-oriented training projects for building construction, civil engineering and finishing, which are now being tested at ABZ Hamm and accompanied by coaching and evaluation. Together with sustainability experts, the trainers will act as multipliers in further workshops, so that the work-based acquisition of sustainability skills (work-based learning) will also be tested in further workshops for trainers from all North Rhine-Westphalian training centres in the construction industry. Lenya Schneehage, Lara Sakowsky, Frank Pachura, Gunther Sibilski, Christoph Suntrup, Yoke-Lee Roth, Aykut Kocabas, Dr. Sonja Herzog – thank you very much for this exciting and productive day! We are delighted to be working with NABASO to promote sustainable, future-oriented training and look forward to the next steps! #Sustainability #BBNE #Construction #ConstructionIndustry #SocialServices #Training #IntercompanyTraining #NIB #TUDortmund #ABZHamm #ParitätischeAkademie #ConstructionIndustry
