Thanks for the kind connection of Liliana Caldeira (President, Sou Segura), the leader who relentlessly drives for more significant presence of women leadership in the market, we got the pleasure to have Patricia Chacon on stage to remind us of the importance of being thoughtful and decisive — that success is a choice, never easy, but always hers to make — as she navigates motherhood while leading boldly. We also had Camila Kataguiri whose openness brought the entire conversation to life as we talked about battling imposter syndrome and choosing to believe in ourselves without hesitation… how powerful. Of course we can’t miss Claudia Papa Scarpa’s elegant addition of her experiences describing the beauty and strength found in imperfection — and how all of those imperfections are exactly what make us whole. My dear Nilceia Oliveira affirmed the importance of continuously giving herself permission to go bigger and higher, with clarity and conviction.
