Analytics teams know: speed matters. But speed often means tradeoffs — either complex tuning or duplicated data models. With Aggregate Awareness, we remove that tradeoff. Aggregate Awareness automatically redirects analytical queries to the most performance-efficient dataset based on the required level of detail, with no user action needed. It’s optimization without the extra work. See how it works in the demo video from Principal Product Manager, Jakub Sterba. ⬇️

Proof > promises. Three lightweight artifacts that travel well on LinkedIn: - Redacted dashboard: a single KPI with a circle around the change window. - Before/After pair: one line each, same unit, same timeframe. - Quote in their words: 10–15 words, no adjectives added by you. Mini example: “Booked calls/week: 3.2 → 6.1 (Sep 2–23).” Keep it boring and undeniable.

I once asked a client how many enquiries they got in a month. They guessed. When we set up proper tracking, they realised they were way off, not just in volume, but in how many they were losing through slow follow-up. Knowing the real numbers changed everything. They could finally see what was working, what wasn’t, and where to focus their time and budget. Even a simple spreadsheet is better than memory. Because you can’t grow what you don’t measure.

Data Quality Is the Silent Killer How often do you check your pipeline outputs, not just whether they ran? Passing jobs can still push garbage. Data observability isn’t optional anymore. My take: Alerts on job success are table stakes. Alert on trust. #DataQuality #DataObservability #AzureDataFactory #MonteCarlo #DataOps

Such reports are very insightful, helping managers improve efficiency, prevent burnout, and even review their rates. What's important to understand is that we also need context to make sense of this data. Is there a trend, did something happen while working on a particular client project, were there any specific blockers that might have impacted the delivery, and so on. Our users are always looking to see the bigger picture, but, needless to say, Workload is their number one stop.
