Treanor’s Post

Steel is up and the interior is taking shape for the 52,000-square-foot James C. Morriss Building, Engineering, and Technology Building at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Crews are currently installing overhead and in-wall mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and the exterior envelope will start soon! As we mark #HigherEducationMonth, Treanor is proud to help create spaces where learning and real-world readiness intersect—like the Financial Literacy Center, featuring Bloomberg stock tickers at the entrance and a flexible lecture space that welcomes both students and the community. Thank you to Clark Contractors, LLC and our consultant team for keeping momentum strong as we work toward a 2026 completion. #HigherEd #NationalHigherEducationMonth #HigherEdArchitecture #ConstructionUpdate #MEP #TexasAMUniversityTexarkana #ClarkContractors
