أطلق برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، بالشراكة مع مجموعة Ooredoo ووزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في قطر، الإطار الإقليمي للسياسة الرقمية للدول العربية. ويحول الإطار رؤية التحول الرقمي في المنطقة إلى خطوات عملية من خلال تزويد الحكومات بأداة فعّالة لتقييم النضج الرقمي، ورصد الفجوات في السياسات والمؤسسات، ووضع مسارات تطوير تعزز النظم الرقمية الوطنية. ويدعم الإطار نهج برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي في التحول الرقمي الشامل، ويعزز الحوكمة المسؤولة، ويمكّن النساء والشباب، ويسهم في تعزيز التحول الاقتصادي. UNDP, together with Ooredoo Group and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, has released the Digital Policy Framework for the Arab States. The Framework translates the region’s digital transformation vision into concrete action by offering governments a practical tool to assess digital maturity, identify policy and institutional gaps, and design tailored interventions that strengthen national digital ecosystems. The Framework supports UNDP’s inclusive digital transformation approach, promotes accountable governance, empowers women and youth, and contributes to economic transformation.
