VCA Green is proud to announce the completion of Rocas Grande, a 420-unit, 609,000 sq. ft. residential development by Alliance Residential Company, located in Moreno Valley. As sustainability consultant, VCA Green provided a full suite of services – CalGreen consulting, energy model value engineering, and strategic recommendations for energy efficiency measures. During construction, our field services team performed rigorous HERS testing in alignment with Title 24 requirements, helping to ensure long-term energy performance and compliance. In addition, VCA Structural provided the structural design, marking another successful collaboration between our teams.
