What a thrill it was to attend and present at the National LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Conference - Pride in Practice! It was an honor to present with TGV | Transgender Victoria and introduce the Being Valued Toolkit, a collaborative effort from our amazing lived experience project team that sets a new standard for creating safer workplaces for LGBTIQA+ people. The enthusiastic response from convenors and thoughtful questions from fellow attendees showed a genuine commitment to implementing inclusive practices across all sectors.
