I have a great time collaborating with our team at the CMT AI SPARK workshop! It was inspiring to see everyone expand their networks, share ideas, and explore the opportunities ahead. We have repositioned ourselves as an Enterprise AI Leader, helping clients modernize technology and transform experiences, evolving ourselves into an AI Builder. In today's economic climate, we must help clients move swiftly from pilots to scaled implementations, focusing on outcome-based models. Over the two days, the connections made, and plans shared filled me with optimism for our journey ahead. I'm confident that we can establish our leadership position in AI, leveraging our investments in platforms, intellectual property, partnerships, and upskilling. Our AI strategy is anchored on three vectors: Vector 1: AI-led productivity Vector 2: Industrializing AI Vector 3: Agentifying the enterprise Together these three vectors create a powerful engine for value and scale. Our repeatable industry solutions and reimagine our offerings with outcome-based commercial models are resonating well with our clients.
