Accessing treatment

At Phoenix Australia, we understand trauma and renew lives. Informed by ongoing research into the latest developments in trauma treatment, our expert clinical services can offer you the best chance of recovery.

We are funded to offer our clinical services to specific population groups. These focus of each clinic is specialised ensuring that you will receive treatment from a clinician who is familiar with treatments that work specifically for you and others like you.

Who can access our services?

Phoenix Australia operate a number of clinics for specified cohorts of patients. These clinics are funded to provide clinical services only to that cohort, and are unfortunately not available to the general public. Our clinics are currently available to the following specific populations:

  • Regional Victorians

  • Emergency Services Workers in Victoria

  • Sworn police officers and ADF members in Victoria

  • Military Veterans in Victoria

Participate in research

You could also check if you are eligible for one of our world-leading research studies, many of which have a treatment focus.

It’s OK to be referred to our clinical services and join a study at the same time, but depending on the rules of the trial it may be important not to change treatment during the trial period.
