Congratulations to our Cadet Nicholas Kilby on winning the Student Employee of the Year Award as part of the University of Newcastle 2025 Employability Excellence Awards. This award celebrates student achievers who have excelled in developing their employability beyond the classroom.

We are incredibly proud to see Griffin Green recognised Australian/New Zealand Australasian Housing Institute 2025 Brighter Future Awards, winning the Leading Housing Development Project Award. Delivered for Argyle Housing in collaboration with Griffith City Council, this project represents much more than new dwellings. Griffin Green provides: • 20 thoughtfully designed medium-density affordable rental units • 42 new housing lots • A forward-thinking, inclusive community framework addressing a critical regional housing need Our team was honoured to help bring this vision to life alongside an outstanding group of partners. A special thanks to Baumgart Clark Architects, whose design expertise shaped a functional, people-focused project. Griffin Green shows that building with purpose leads to stronger communities.

Joss Group is proud to bring local transport company O'Brien Logistics vision to life with a new purpose-built 18,000m² secure logistics and warehousing facility. Designed with both functionality and people in mind, the site features a 5,000m² awning, a range of private offices, multiple meeting rooms, open-plan workspaces, modern lunchrooms, dedicated driver’s rooms and shower amenities. For decades, Joss has been part of the growth of logistics across Albury-Wodonga, helping local businesses expand to national scale. Joss is proud to announce that it has been awarded it's first project  under the Defence Australia Riverina Redevelopment Program. Located at the Albury Wodonga Military Area, the project comprises two main work elements and associated infrastructure upgrade works. The first work element will see Joss enhance the storage capacity within a current warehouse. The second element is an extension of a storage facility to provide over 6,000m² of paved covered area. The associated infrastructure works comprise demolition of existing roads, infilling the existing stormwater detention basin and forming of a new one, installation of a new stormwater system and landscaping works. Last week, Joss was proud to join our client, Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), for the official opening of the Aspect Riverina School Brewer Building and playground renovations. Luke Daly, Tyler Edmunds, and Adam Maloney represented Joss for this significant milestone, a celebration of Aspect Riverina's important role within the Albury Wodonga community. This project truly embodies our commitment to building what matters, and it was a privilege to have Judy Brewer AO, the building's namesake, in attendance. Judy’s words resonated deeply: "Our kids shine when given the chance.” It’s a powerful reminder of why we do what we do, creating spaces that nurture potential and provide world-class facilities for the children in our communities. Another project completed, strengthening our commitment to regional communities. 

50 Years in Business This year marks a remarkable milestone in our journey — 50 years in business. Since our founding in 1975, we’ve grown from humble beginnings into a trusted leader in our industries. Through five decades of change, innovation, and growth, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to quality, service, and the people who make it all possible. Earlier this month we celebrated this remarkable achievement with our wonderful staff. We would like to thank everyone who made this celebration possible.
