Neoscape | Projects – Parque Cladding Rectification We’re proud to reflect on the successful delivery of the Parque Cladding Rectification Project on St Kilda Road, Melbourne. Parque Apartments is a prominent residential development comprising two towers connected by a six-level podium. Following its original completion in 2016, aluminium composite panels used in the façade were later identified by Council as requiring rectification due to fire-spread risk. Neoscape partnered with the Owners Corporation to lead the full rectification journey - from engaging expert consultants and minimising the required scope, to managing a competitive procurement process and preparing detailed cost reporting to support approval of a Special Levy. St Ferrer Building Contractors was appointed, bringing a strong ethical approach, a proactive stance on program acceleration, and a reliable response to resident queries. Construction works were completed and the Building Order was formally lifted by the City of Melbourne in August. We’re pleased to continue our relationship with the Owners Corporation through a separate engagement to manage rectification of original builder defects. #exceptionalexperiences #youwantusonyourteam The Knight - Owners Corporation Managers | Napier & Blakeley | Codus Building Surveyors | Richard Unsworth Sofiya Amira Jennie Rivera Mark Nathan Darren Woolf Nicholas Panella

Neoscape | People – Volunteering with Thread Together Our Sydney team recently spent the morning volunteering with Thread Together, a not-for-profit organisation that delivers new clothing to people in need across Australia. After an inspiring presentation about the impact of their work, the team got to work in the warehouse - sorting and folding garments, preparing boxes, and fulfilling personalised orders for individuals and families supported by community charities. By the end of the morning, the Neoscape crew had sorted over 4,500 items of clothing and fulfilled more than 60 orders, a remarkable effort contributing directly to Thread Together’s goal of delivering around 550 orders each week. A huge thank you to the Thread Together team for the opportunity to contribute to such meaningful work, and to our Sydney team for approaching it with their trademark enthusiasm and teamwork. #exceptionalexperiences #youwantusonyourteam #volunteering #community

Housing is the foundation for change. 💙 Today is World Homelessness Day; a time to reflect, raise awareness and recognise the organisations working every day to create pathways out of homelessness. Our new housing project in Maribyrnong, in partnership with the Commonwealth Government’s Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) is one example; transforming vacant land into 83 secure, affordable homes so more Victorians can rebuild their lives with dignity. We believe that safe, affordable housing lays the foundation for stronger communities and brighter futures for generations ahead. You can learn more about the project here: https://ow.ly/VB4250X8hR4 And thank you to Affordable Housing Solutions, Hamilton Marino, 94 Feet Pty Ltd, Neoscape Keep Left, WMK Architecture and NAB for their partnership in delivering this vital project. #WorldHomelessnessDay #HousingMatter #EverybodyDeservesAHome

Neoscape | Projects – 300 La Trobe Street, Melbourne Neoscape is proud to celebrate the completion of 300 La Trobe Street – a significant asset repositioning project for our client Charter Hall that has redefined the building’s ground plane, façade and infrastructure to meet contemporary A-grade standards and future ESG ambitions. Originally completed in 1991, 300 La Trobe Street has undergone a comprehensive redevelopment that focused on extending the building’s lifecycle, elevating operational performance, and embedding sustainability at its core. The project included major upgrades to mechanical systems, fire services, and DCS lift upgrades, each designed to improve energy efficiency, resilience and occupant comfort. At street level, the redevelopment transformed the South and East façades to enhance the building’s civic presence and create a welcoming public interface. The reconfiguration of the ground floor introduced a dedicated entry for a new premium tenant, upgraded end-of-trip facilities, and a revitalised lobby and café designed to foster connection and wellbeing, all skillfully delivered by head contractor McCormack. From design concept three years ago, to today, Neoscape have worked with the incredible project and consultant teams to achieve an exceptional outcome for Charter Hall, of which we are very proud. The completed works have repositioned 300 La Trobe Street as a future-ready commercial asset that integrates functionality, ESG leadership and design excellence. #exceptionalexperiences #youwantusonyourteam Alice Dodwell Sandra Yeung Callum Dickinson Adrian De Leiros MRICS Kristina Holessis | Gray Puksand | ACOR Consultants | Rob Rimbaldo Lauren McCormack Gregory McCormack | Stantec | Slattery | Codus Building Surveyors | Darren Woolf Melanie Velisha (née Morabito) Dean Ristevski Sarthak Mohanty Mark Nathan
