The #TEFMA25 conference wrapped up on Wednesday with a final day full of energy and learning. From great food to fuel the conversations, to more learning and networking, we then closed the conference on a high with the brilliant and inspirational Dylan Alcott AO! We are already looking forward to #TEFMA26 in Melbourne!

After three inspiring days of knowledge sharing, collaboration and connection, the TEFMA Conference has come to a close. It was fantastic to come together with colleagues to explore new ideas, share experiences and strengthen our community. We were privileged to hear from two remarkable Australians Dylan Alcott AO and Tim Jarvis AM — whose keynote presentations challenged and inspired us in equal measure. Dylan reminded us to challenge our unconscious bias and to truly listen to lived experience, a powerful call to action we can all take back to our organisations. Congratulations to all the presenters who shared their innovations and experiences, we couldn’t do it without you.
