Neue Ergebnisse aus dem Schweizer Umweltpanel 🌍🌿 Wie nimmt die Schweizer Bevölkerung Umweltbedingungen sowie Umwelttrends wahr? Wie und was denkt sie über umweltpolitische Themen und Massnahmen? Diese und weitere Fragen zur öffentlichen Meinung in der Schweiz zu Umwelteinstellungen und -verhalten werden im Forschungsprojekt des Schweizer Umweltpanel erforscht.🔍 Zentrale Ergebnisse aus der Basisbefragung (Welle 13): ➡️ Die Bevölkerung sieht Umwelt- und Klimaschutz weiterhin als zentrale Themen, doch die Priorisierung nimmt ab. ➡️ Klima- und Umweltmassnahmen werden dort akzeptiert, wo sie Verhaltensanreize setzen – nicht dort, wo breite finanzielle Belastungen entstehen. ➡️ Besonders spannend ist der gap zwischen Umwelt- und Klimapolitik: Erstere erfährt deutlich mehr Zustimmung. ➡️ Politische Kommunikation muss stärker differenzieren – entlang politischer Einstellungen, Bildungsniveau und Alterskohorten. 📚 Zugriff zum Bericht: https://lnkd.in/dNAtaDvG 🔗Mehr Informationen zum Umweltpanel: https://lnkd.in/d8Fhs-rd Sarah Gomm | Thomas Bernauer | Clara Brügge

In case you missed it: the ETH Zurich | AI Ethics and Policy Network has successfully launched its Roadmap for Open Source AI in Europe! 🧠 🔓 Developed in collaboration with @the AI Alliance, the roadmap builds on insights from a June roundtable that convened over 30 experts from academia, industry, government, and the open-source community. 🤝 Key takeaways: 🔸Open-source AI can accelerate innovation, strengthen competition, and foster more ethical and inclusive AI development. 🔸Balancing transparency, safety, collaboration, and accountability remains crucial. 🔸Four priority areas for action: 1. Developing a shared understanding of open-source AI 2. Building a supportive ecosystem 3. Advancing informed regulation and agile governance 4. Leveraging Europe’s strategic strengths.
