We are pleased to announce that ID Logistics has extended its lease at P3 Wrocław II. The company continues to occupy nearly 80,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, used since 2021 to support logistics operations for an e-commerce client. Special thanks to the JLL advisory team for their support during the renegotiation process. P3 Wrocław II remains one of the region’s key logistics hubs, with more than 30,000 sqm of modern space still available. Marcin Gajewski was supervising the project on behalf of P3.

🌍 We are expanding our footprint in Slovakia with a 95,535 m² portfolio acquisition in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. We’ve acquired a 95,535 m² logistics and industrial portfolio from Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust, further strengthening our position in Slovakia. The largest part includes three adjacent buildings totalling 78,731 m² in Nové Mesto nad Váhom, bringing our park above 100,000 m² and confirming its role as a key regional logistics hub with direct access to the D1 motorway. “This acquisition is a key milestone and demonstrates our long-term commitment to the Slovak market,” says Peter Janosi, Managing Director CZ & SK, P3 Logistic Parks. “We are delighted to have found the ideal partner in P3 Logistic Parks,” add Andreas Hoffmann, CIO SERT, Elena Arabadjieva, CCO SERT. 🤝 P3 expands its German portfolio with the acquisition of a 100,306 m² site in Ebermannsdorf Located just two minutes from the A6 motorway and close to major economic hubs such as Nuremberg, Regensburg, and Munich, the site is ideally positioned for national and international logistics operations. The planned logistics park will feature around 61,330 m² of rental space, developed to the highest standards with sustainable features such as photovoltaic systems and EV charging stations. This acquisition underscores P3’s commitment to expanding its presence in Germany’s key logistics regions and developing future-ready spaces for our customers. We spent a wonderful morning at the RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. Slivovice Museum in Prague, Czech Republic, where we hosted a P3 Logistic Parks brunch with our valued partners and friends. Thank you to everyone who joined us for your time, interest and the positive energy you brought. The event featured delicious catering, an engaging tour of the interactive museum and a 5D virtual reality experience that offered a unique look into local craftsmanship and tradition. We also shared the latest updates from P3 Logistic Parks, including new additions to our portfolio and ongoing projects.
