These two jobstatus changes seem to work a lot better, they're tracking the appwrappers instead of the jobs. I didn't realize jobs could finish, but appwrappers could remain running indefinitely... so jobs were a bad thing to be tracking. I've also cleaned up a little bit of the language around jobs versus appwrappers.
