Add integration tests with PyTorch 1.10

Out CircleCI integration tests run with PyTorch 1.8. We want to have it with latest 1.10.

The problem, however, is csprng - as of today it doesn't support anything later than 1.8.

P.S.: yes, this is really just a task to track progress on csprng
