it stores things like folder view options (tile view vs table view, etc). LGTM but still marked as draft. Feel free to self-merge if it's ready @12rambau |

I think I accidentally added it at some point. That's a file from mac osx, never really get what it is used for but I'm sure it should not be pushed in the distant repo
