When I walked into our Jalgaon Plant, I could feel the energy. Conversations with the Plant Head and HODs weren’t just about processes; they were about charting a shared future. Together, we mapped out a capability roadmap, ensuring that training needs from the shop floor upwards were captured with precision.
Later, I spent time with our Weaving Future Leaders cohort. Watching them apply their learning directly to drive excellence was inspiring. It was proof that the future isn’t something we wait for, it’s something we build every day.
The day also had its moments of celebration. Recognizing our Raymond’s Got Talent Topper, honoring our Culture & HR team for their contributions towards the Centenary year reminded me that success is always about people-their creativity, their dedication, their spirit.
This visit wasn’t about ticking boxes. It was about witnessing passion in action. Jalgaon team’s relentless pursuit of performance and innovation shone through every interaction.
