scipy is not used in the tutorial and causes compatibility issues with torch.compile, resulting in InternalTorchDynamoError when users try to follow the tutorial.

The error occurs because scipy's internal implementation is not compatible with torch.compile's tracing mechanism, causing: AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'IF_NEEDED'
