ISM had the honour of hosting editors of one of the world’s most prestigious 4★ journals* – the Academy of Management Learning & Education (AMLE). 📃🌍 Researchers from Lithuania, Finland, the United Kingdom, Latvia, Denmark, Switzerland, and Germany joined us for an exclusive Paper Development Workshop, guided by Olga Ryazanova (Maynooth University) and Christine Moser (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). Participants spent the day exploring what it takes to publish in AMLE: 🔹 learning about the journal’s editorial approach and expectations 🔹 receiving personalised feedback on their in-progress manuscripts Hosting a workshop of this scale means a lot to ISM. It’s not only a learning opportunity for our faculty but also a chance to connect researchers from different universities, exchange perspectives, and strengthen ISM’s role as an open space for meaningful academic collaboration. *(CABS Academic Journal Guide)
