Last week, we gathered around the table for our annual Blendzgiving potluck at the office to share a great meal and enjoy time together as a team. It’s always valuable to slow down, connect, and take a moment to appreciate the people we work alongside each day. We’re grateful for our team and for another wonderful Blendzgiving in the books! #Blendzgiving #Designblendz #Thankful #TeamAppreciation #Philadelphia #Architecture #Design

On the latest episode of The New How Podcast, our CEO and host Brian Corcodilos sits down with Jason Abrams to talk about his journey in real estate and the family influence that shaped his career. Jason reflects on the challenges brought on by COVID-19, which led him to explore new business opportunities and ultimately expand into Stretch Zone, a health and wellness brand focused on flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention. They discuss the importance of understanding people, building strong relationships, and leading teams with intention. Jason and Brian also explore how technology and AI are changing the way we work, and why positive energy and gratitude are essential in a constantly evolving business landscape. https://bit.ly/49PauN8

Last week we welcomed the Thomas Jefferson University NOMAS Chapter along with several Jefferson students we met at the fall career fair to our office for a firm tour, project presentations, and a Q&A with our team. Their curiosity, thoughtful questions, and passion for design made for a great afternoon filled with meaningful conversation. It’s always inspiring to connect with students who are eager to learn and excited to make an impact in the field. #Architecture #Design #NOMAS #ThomasJeffersonUniversity #Designblendz

Join us in welcoming Cameron Griffiths, RA to the Designblendz team! Cameron joins us as a licensed architect with 10 years of experience. Over those years, he has spent the majority of his time in retail and hospitality design, with residential work most recently becoming one of his areas of expertise. With a passion for making good design accessible to all, Cameron has spent the past two years in affordable housing, creating better homes for underserved communities across Pennsylvania. Driven to create meaningful living spaces, he focuses on leveraging detailing and simplicity to develop sustainable, durable communities that meet each client’s needs. We’re excited to have him on board as he continues to grow his knowledge with Designblendz and push the boundaries of what’s possible in architecture! #WelcomeToTheTeam #ProjectArchitect #Architecture #Designblendz
