The Endeavor Health Community Impact & Engagement (CIE) team had the incredible opportunity to step out of the office and into the heart of our community by preparing and serving lunch for DuPagePads residents. The experience was filled with meaningful connections and the joy of giving back. Thank you to our CIE team for uplifting, supporting and standing alongside our neighbors. #OurEndeavor

Join us in honoring and celebrating an Edward Hospital Emergency Department icon as he steps into retirement. On November 17, 2025, Randall Schmidt worked his final shift and retired on his 50th anniversary. Randall began his career as an orderly in an 8-bed ED staffed by just four people. Over the decades, he witnessed Edward Hospital evolve through multiple expansions into the modern emergency department it is today. He has worn many hats—from orderly to interim manager—but his heart has always remained with direct patient care. Thank you, Randall, for five decades of dedication, compassion, and unwavering service! Your legacy lives on in every life you’ve touched. #OurEndeavor

Proud moment for Endeavor Health’s Supply Chain team! Gartner released its 2025 Healthcare Supply Chain Top 25, and Endeavor Health rose to #16, up three spots from last year. But the ranking tells only part of the story. Behind this recognition is a system-wide effort to build a unified supply chain that blends strong partnerships with clinical teams, disciplined operational processes and a culture that puts people first. Over the last year, our teams have standardized 500+ contracts, strengthened end-to-end ERP capabilities, expanded resiliency and process improvement roles, and delivered $30M+ in savings. This is what it looks like when operational excellence, teamwork and culture move in lockstep. Congratulations to everyone who made this possible!
