Empowering our clinicians with hands-on experience is key to delivering exceptional patient care. Recently, Jefferson attendings, residents, students, and Virtua EM attendings came together for an OB/GYN cross-training course taught by Dr. Haye and Dr. Braden. Over two sessions, participants practiced vaginal deliveries and reviewed obstetric emergencies, strengthening skills essential to caring for patients in critical moments. A special thank-you to Dr. Alan Lucerna, Facility Medical Director at Jefferson Stratford Hospital, for capturing and sharing this great look into the training.
