    For the past 30 years, the Davis team has supported Heading Home and its mission. Most recently, our team volunteered with Heading Home’s Up & Out Program, helping create a new home for children and adults currently or formerly experiencing homelessness.   Our team came together with one goal — to make a house feel like home. From grocery shopping and collecting home goods to assembling furniture and adding finishing touches, every effort reflected the care and compassion that define our Davis culture. As a real estate company rooted in creating spaces where people feel safe and supported, Davis is deeply committed to this cause. Helping families find a true sense of home is not only central to our work — it’s central to who we are.   The most meaningful moment for all of us was handing over the keys and witnessing the family’s joy as they stepped into their new home — a fresh start filled with warmth and possibility.   A heartfelt thank you to Heading Home and Karen Grant for inviting us to be part of this powerful experience.     Last week, our extended team at 1975 Madison hosted a launch gathering for local brokers, offering a first look at our newly finished, high-end amenities. The event offered an exciting opportunity to showcase the building’s design, craftsmanship, and lifestyle offerings—demonstrating what makes 1975 Madison such a standout addition to the Harlem residential market. Guests toured the new spaces and experienced firsthand the thoughtful attention to detail and modern elegance that define the property.
