Last month, we launched our Retail Leadership Development Program (RLDP) across South APAC—bringing together top store leaders for two days of immersive learning, collaboration, and growth at our Kuala Lumpur office. At Under Armour, we’re committed to building agile and innovative leaders who elevate the athlete experience and drive excellence in our Brand & Factory Houses. RLDP equips our talent across four modules designed to identify their leadership style, build skills to manage teams, elevate decision-making and problem-solving skills, and apply their learnings to real-world projects. October was full of inspiration and celebration at Under Armour's EMEA Headquarters! From the grand opening of our second floor in the Amsterdam office to the kickoff of our Commercial Summit, the energy was unstoppable. We welcomed teams from across the region to share bold ideas, connect over our mission, and celebrate the progress we’re building together. One of the highlights? A visit from Toni Rüdiger, one of the faces of our football campaign “Be The Problem.” His presence and message reminded us what it means to challenge the status quo and push beyond limits. Last month, our Executive Leadership Team visited our APAC region, spending meaningful time with teammates across Hong Kong and beyond. Some highlights of the visit included teammate conversations with founder and CEO, Kevin Plank, a fireside chat led by our Chief Supply Chain Officer, Shawn Curran fielding thoughtful questions from our Global Product Supply team, and a career development discussion led by our Chief People Officer, Jen Smith, inspiring teammates to own their growth journey. To wrap up the visit, Shirley Xu, Sr. Director for HR, hosted a Talent Breakfast at the Regent Hotel Hong Kong, bringing together internal leaders and our ELT for rich conversations and connection. This Veterans Day, we proudly recognize Under Armour teammates around the world who have served or are currently serving in the military. We also celebrate the outstanding work of our VETS Teammate Resource Group (TRG)—Valuing Everyone Through Service—which champions veterans, first responders, and allies across the company. VETS works tirelessly to amplify the voices of those who have served their country, their communities, and others around them. With 90 active members, VETS continues to strengthen ties with our local community.
