The Wintrust Mural Building now highlights our partner, Community Investment Corporation (CIC), and its important work in Chicago's affordable housing ecosystem. CIC chose artist and Humboldt Park native Cristian Roldan to bring its story to life. Roldan's design celebrates the resiliency, culture, and everyday beauty found across all of Chicago's neighborhoods. The mural captures the importance of multifamily apartment buildings and the positive multiplier effect that improving these properties has on the city.
