Safety isn’t only what we wear, it’s how we care. It’s the trust we build, the care we show, and the conversations that make safety human. We partnered with Melton City Council for Safety Week to explore what it truly means to “work safe.” What emerged was powerful: open stories about burnout, compassion fatigue, and how everyday actions shape culture. Through shared laughter, reflection, and a Wellbeing Wall of ideas, the team reminded us: real safety is built in connection.
