Today marks the first day of the annual 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign, which Council is proud to support. It runs from 25 November (International Day for Elimination of Violence against Women) to 10 December (Human Rights Day) and aims to raise awareness and take action to end gender-based and family violence. In Loddon Shire both Boort District Health and Inglewood and Districts Health Service have organised community events as well. Two of our staff members, Jordan and Louise, share some reasons in this video why the campaign matters. Loddon Shire Council is seeking a capable and motivated Systems Administrator to help lead the ongoing modernisation of our core IT infrastructure. You will be the first of two new Systems Administrators supporting the organisation, working collaboratively to own infrastructure, drive change, and maintain strong operational standards.
