The Living Company had a productive few days in Korea last week. Our Founder & Joint CEO, Stephen Gaitanos, and General Manager – Capital Partnerships, Michael Mesiti, met with our capital partners and spent time with the team at The Living Company’s Seoul office. A standout moment was Stephen’s participation in a panel at the ANREV Korea Conference, where he shared perspectives on Australia’s living sector and why it continues to resonate with Korean and global investors. We’re excited about the momentum in the region and look forward to deepening collaboration with our partners as we continue to grow together. J.P. October was all about wellbeing at The Living Company as we celebrated Good Health Month with this year’s theme: Celebrate Your Health! We created moments for our people to connect, recharge and genuinely have some fun, and the vibes did not disappoint. Basically enough to lap the globe! - Book a Bueller: Still our most-loved perk, giving everyone a no-strings-attached day to rest and reset. - Partner Sessions: Huge thanks to AIA Vitality , Howden, Converge, headspace and Hostplus for sharing practical tools around health, mindset and financial wellbeing. - Beach Volleyball World Championships Giveaway: Seven lucky team members scored flights, accommodation and tickets to the Adelaide event! We're pleased to share a significant milestone for The Living Company and our Scape Australia Core Fund, as the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) joins as our first Australian institutional investor with a $50 million commitment. This partnership strengthens our platform, reinforces confidence in the quality and sustainability of our assets, and reflects the growing appetite from domestic institutions for high-performing, future-ready living sector investments. As Stephen Gaitanos, Founder & Joint CEO of The Living Company, said: “We are delighted to welcome the CEFC into the Scape Australia Core Fund. Its investment affirms the depth of our platform, the enduring quality of our real estate, and the strength of the team behind it. This marks the beginning of a broader shift towards domestic capital participation. It also reflects our alignment with institutions who share our values around sustainability, resilience and community impact.” Read more via The Hon Josh Wilson MP media release: https://lnkd.in/gVE_qpyP. Tim joined the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation: A Stable Investment with Social Value panel, highlighting PBSA’s role in delivering both strong returns and real social impact. Plenty of energy around what’s next for the living sector and how we can lift innovation and wellbeing together. #LivingSummit #FutureOfLiving #PBSA #BuildToRent #Scape

At Scape, we believe a strong brand starts with a clear vision: to be the Earth’s Best Living Company. We’re proud to celebrate Rosalind Lill-Lusby, our General Manager of Brand and Marketing, recognised in the Marketing category at The Urban Leader Awards 2025. (The Urban Developer) Since joining Scape, Ros has helped transform our brand and business. She launched A Place for Humans campaign platform, built a creator network of hundreds of resident storytellers, and introduced the Gen Z Wellbeing Index. Under her leadership, Scape’s digital presence has grown to more than 100 million globally changing the way residents, employees, and partners discover and choose us. Ros shows that brand isn’t a veneer; it’s where strategy, creativity and results come together to drive real business growth. Congratulations, Ros, and thank you for showing us what happens when marketing leads with purpose and delivers with impact.

Some days are better than others - and this was definitely one of them. This week I had the privilege and pleasure of going indoor skydiving with residents from Aveo's Bayview Gardens community in Sydney. It was an incredible reminder that purpose, passion and adventure don’t come with an expiry date. And it wasn’t just about the thrill of flying - it was about connection, courage, and proving (once again) that life in a retirement village is about living with intention, not limitation. A big shout-out and thank you to Community Manager Melinda Akehurst for the warm welcome and for making the day so memorable. It was fun, uplifting, and genuinely inspiring. These residents didn’t move into a retirement village to see out their days - they moved in to live them out. They continue to inspire all of us to embrace every moment with energy, joy and purpose.
