Our team visited the Lands by Capella Hotels and Resorts site last week and it’s looking incredible 😍 Delivered by Built. on behalf of Pontiac Land Group, the site beautifully blends history with modern design. As a heritage landmark, every step of this project has been about respect and reinvention. TTW’s Structural and Civil engineering keeps the building’s story alive while creating new spaces for people to connect, dine and explore. Great to see our work taking the former Department of Lands building into its next chapter. #TTW #CapellaHotels

Our Director Richard Milsted brings structural expertise and real passion to projects that give back to the community. For more than two decades, he has shaped spaces that bring people together. His work includes the stunning St Barnabas Church, the show-stopping Sydney Coliseum Theatre, the soon-to-be-completed Lane Cove Sport and Recreation Centre, and the future-shaping Science & Engineering Building at UNSW. Richard reminds us that engineering isn’t one-size-fits-all. It takes a tailored approach and the right technical expertise to find solutions because good engineering starts with understanding what a project actually needs. 🎥 Watch the video to hear how Richard shapes the engineering approach for each project, and why community projects hold a special place for him. #TTW

Pedaling for purpose: our team hit the road to tackle youth homelessness. 🚴 The TTW crew took part in the Melbourne Tour de PIF, cycling through Healesville to help the Property Industry Foundation hit their $200,000 fundraising goal in the fight against youth homelessness. Huge congratulations to our Victorian riders: Manning Thomson, Jopet C., Cayman Deely, and Andrew Duff for taking on the challenge. And a standout performance from Jopet C. who finished 22nd overall in the men's competition. Outstanding effort 🏅 There's still time to contribute. Another iconic Canberra project 🎵 We've been selected as the Engineering partner working with Multiplex, who are delivering Site Establishment and Early Works, on the new lyric theatre at Canberra Theatre Centre on behalf of the ACT Government, and we couldn't be more thrilled! This stunning 2,000-seat venue right in the heart of Canberra plans to bring world-class musicals, operas, and ballets to the nation's capital. What we love most about this project is how the design reflects the landscape and celebrates First Nations' culture. Working with Cox Architecture, Yerrabingin Pty Ltd and Arcadia Landscape Architecture, as part of the Multiplex team, this project is all about creating a performing arts destination that Canberra can be proud of. Traffic Engineering isn’t just about roads and intersections; it’s about creating spaces that work for everyone 🚶♀️🚲🚌 It defines how people experience places: the design of a crossing, the rhythm of a road, the way connections work between communities. Through data, design, and insight, our traffic engineers are shaping systems that move people efficiently, creating outcomes that strengthen communities and elevate every project they're part of. We sat down with Associates Grace Carpp and Michael Babbage to explore how rethinking Traffic Engineering is setting new benchmarks for movement and what it means for the way we design the places people move through every day. #TTW #TrafficEngineering

Every so often, we swap site boots and drawings for a night together. Our Melbourne team marked the season with our annual Spring Gala. A chance to pause, catch up and enjoy time with the people behind the projects. A great way to ease into the end of the year, if you ask us! #TTW

Before a single turbine turns on a wind farm, there’s the work you don't see. This 3D model was built in-house, using all site, survey and design data collected early on. It gave our civil and digital teams a clear picture of the land long before construction began. This meant we could read the land, test ideas early, minimise earthworks and solve challenges before machines ever hit the ground. It’s practical, behind-the-scenes work, and it’s what gets wind projects moving with confidence and efficiency. Craig Seeto Andre Pereira Mohamed Moussa Jake Barnes Tristan Harris Eddy Dalton
