All current openings support on-site in Shenzhen (China), Tokyo, Hong Kong, or remote.
💬 For Interviews
Typically, after a resume passes the initial screening, the process is as follows:
Written test, phone interview, and video interview.
For candidates who pass the initial screening, we will offer a payment of RMB 1,000–3,000 to complete a practical task within 1–3 days, to assess both capability and team fit.
If all goes well, a formal offer will be extended.
Should a 2–3 week onboarding period be needed after joining (mainly to get familiar with teammates and workflows), the company will cover all round-trip airfare and hotel expenses.
通常情况下，简历通过后流程如下：
笔试、电话面试、视频面试。
对于通过初筛的候选人，我们会支付 1000–3000 元人民币，请你在 1–3 天内完成一个实际问题，用以评估能力与合作匹配度。
如果一切顺利，将会发出正式聘用通知。
如入职后需 2-3 周团队磨合期（主要用于熟悉同事和工作流程），公司将承担所有往返机票和酒店费用。
