  • Today is Small Business Saturday, and we’re proud to spotlight a remarkable partner: David Stanton of Optimal Outdoor Solutions. Dave has been in the golf course and landscape industry since 2004. In 2012, he founded his own company, Optimal Outdoor Solutions. Then in 2023, during a casual round of golf, a friend told him he’d be a perfect fit for maintaining solar sites. Intrigued, Dave reached out to our crew at Yellowbud Solar to share his background and interest. Our team recognized right away that he was the right fit for the work. What started with Dave and two team members has since grown into a thriving operation with 17 employees. Today, the company mows multiple sites across the region, including three of our own: Yellowbud Solar, Ross County Solar and Fayette Solar. In 2025 alone, Dave’s team mowed 12,000 acres—and they’re on track for 18,000 acres in 2026. Working with Dave has been an incredible experience for our team, and we’re grateful for the care and pride he brings to every site. #SmallBusinessSaturday #SolarPower #SolarOperations #OhioSolar #AmericanEnergy

  • Thanksgiving tastes better together, especially out in the field. This week, our Geronimo Power field teams are hosting Thanksgiving feasts across our sites. From grill-outs to catered lunches, each site is putting their own spin on the celebration. So far, three sites have kicked things off: • Green River Wind Farm fed more than 50 contractors throughout the day with a full Thanksgiving spread—chicken, pork, beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, and salad. Huge thank you to Plant Manager Brett Kreiser for organizing such a thoughtful meal for the team. • Crocker Wind Farm celebrated with onsite contractors from GE, Takkion, International Wind, and Rnwbl, firing up the grill with steaks, shrimp, and stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers. Special thanks to Plant Manager Marcus Sattler for bringing everyone together. • Prairie Wolf Solar gathered onsite for a Thanksgiving lunch together—a great day on the solar farm, and a powerful reminder of what teamwork looks like in the field. Shout-out to Plant Manager David J. Ureno for making this day possible. Scroll through to see the feasts so far (viewer discretion advised if you're hungry). We’ll continue sharing highlights as more celebrations roll in. We’re grateful for every teammate and partner who makes our work possible — especially those in the field keeping our projects running safely and smoothly through the holiday season. Thank you for all that you do. #CommunityFocused #TeamGeronimo #Thanksgiving2025 #GoodNeighbors #Solar #Wind

Blevins Solar and Storage is already delivering benefits for Falls County—and last week, the community gathered to see its progress firsthand. Geronimo Power hosted a community event for the 270 MW, 360 MWh project, bringing together community members, local leaders, landowners, project partners, and supporters for a Texas-style food truck festival and a guided behind-the-scenes tour of the site. Attendees were able to see construction progress up close and learn more about the long-term economic benefits Blevins will bring to the region. The project, currently under construction, has already supported over 360 construction jobs and will provide millions in local tax revenue. In addition, more than $1.3 million has been pledged to the community over the first 20 years of operations through a dedicated charitable fund. We were pleased to welcome representatives from Mortenson, the project’s Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor, who joined the event to highlight the strong collaboration behind this project. Representatives from FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation and Bristol Myers Squibb also attended to celebrate their previously announced power purchase agreements connected to the project. • This Thanksgiving season, our Community Engagement Specialist, Samantha Meadows, led an inspiring donation effort supporting the Ferry Reformed Memorial Church “Food & More” Thanksgiving Distribution event in Montague, Michigan. Through Samantha’s coordination, the Lakeside Solar team provided: • 200 turkeys • 200 sturdy tote bags filled with toiletries & essentials •200+ lbs of dry goods, produce & dairy — including apples, potatoes, squash, paper goods, and gallons of milk • Plus chip clips and other giveaways for families Samantha, along with her daughter Holly and Project Development Manager Kendra Harrington, personally helped pack, load, and deliver meals, including direct deliveries to families unable to attend the event. Volunteers cheered as the deliveries arrived and expressed deep gratitude for the support. The church shared that the durable tote bags made a meaningful difference. We are proud to support this impactful community event and grateful for the chance to contribute to such a caring initiative. Thank you to Dawn Auch and the incredible volunteers at Ferry Reformed Memorial Church for welcoming our team so warmly. This is what community partnership is all about. #CommunityFirst #GivingBack #GoodNeighbors #Thanksgiving2025 #LakesideSolar

  • We believe that crops and energy can grow together. Our wind project sites are carefully designed to coexist with active farming, allowing landowners to continue cultivating crops or raising livestock alongside the wind turbine energy production. This dual land use creates new revenue streams for local communities. It is important to us that our projects do not take farmland out of production, but rather enhance it, while also strengthening rural economies and preserving agricultural heritage. Beyond the fields, each project contributes to county tax bases, supports schools and funds vital infrastructure. We are proud to work with the farmers, families and communities that keep America’s energy future rooted in the land. https://ow.ly/SHsy50XkAXy #AmericanEnergy #CommunityDriven #ResilientFuture #GeronimoPower

We are proud to announce a $1.3 million contribution to Falls County, Texas, as part of our 270 MW Blevins Solar Project. As this project advances toward operations, we’re committed to delivering meaningful, long-term impact in the community we now call home. By working with local partners, such as Communities Foundation of Texas, we ensure that funds are distributed to local initiatives that need them most. At Geronimo Power, we believe that energy infrastructure is more than megawatts; it's an opportunity to give back to those who welcome us in their communities. Thank you to everyone involved as we continue powering progress together. • To ensure successful projects, we start with the land, working to build trust with the people who know it best. Landowner partners shape the foundation of our progress, revitalizing the grid one project site at a time. Their insights guide our work and their stewardship ensures that each project honors the ground it stands on. Trust is built acre by acre, through open dialogue and shared respect for that land. We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with people who understand that American energy isn’t just developed, it’s cultivated, or some would say "grown." Together, we continue building a brighter future rooted in the belief that energy and agriculture can thrive side by side. https://ow.ly/v8Z250XkB4S #GeronimoPower #AmericanEnergy #FarmerFounded #LandownerSpotlight

  • We’re proud to support the next generation of local agricultural leaders through the Minnesota FFA Foundation. As a farmer-founded organization, empowering students, strengthening communities, and investing in the future of agribusiness are core to who we are. We look forward to meeting this year's Blue Jacket recipients, and we can’t wait to see the impact you make!

We are proud to announce that Geronimo Power is supporting the Blue Jackets Bright Futures program for 10 FFA chapters across Minnesota, providing three jackets per chapter. Their generosity helps ensure more students can experience the pride, opportunity, and leadership development that come with wearing the iconic FFA Blue Jacket. “Geronimo Power is thrilled to support FFA's Blue Jackets – Bright Futures program for a number of chapters in southwest Minnesota. Investing in these hardworking students is not just an investment in their future, but in the future of our agricultural community as a whole.” Thank you, Geronimo Energy, for investing in Minnesota’s young leaders and supporting the future of agriculture. 💙🌾
