Your work fuels our communities, and your efforts help make the Thanksgiving meal possible for so many families. Whether it’s repairing equipment during a critical moment, finding the right part at the right time, or helping you choose the machine that keeps your operation running strong, we’re honored to be part of your season and your success. We’re also thankful for our residential, commercial, and compact equipment customers whose property care and project needs are just as important. Supporting you, no matter the size of your operation, is something our team is proud to do every day. What we value most is the connection we share with each of you. The conversations, the loyalty, the teamwork, and the relationships built over time are what truly make our work meaningful. As you head into the holiday, we hope you find a chance to slow down, enjoy good company, and recharge for the season ahead. Our stores will be closed this Thanksgiving, but we will be open Friday to serve you. We welcomed Ross Pearson, Warsaw Ag Sales, to our team this year and he is our November Employee Spotlight! His favorite part of the job is getting to know his customers and their operations, along with learning more about technology and equipment! Why did he choose to join our team? "GreenMark from the start showed a strong sense of team effort and willingness to assist customers, as well as co-workers, whenever possible. Through different channels I had heard of GreenMark’s reputation for good service, parts, and sales. Having a couple friends that worked here already that could verify all this - it was a no brainer. Selling the top brand in the industry is just the cherry on top." When Ross isn't helping his customers, he operates a small cattle farm where he raises show cattle. You can also find him catching a Purdue basketball or football game, hunting, or trying new restaurants with his wife. We're glad to have you on the team, Ross!

Alex Spronk is our October Employee Spotlight and is recognized for his ability to build great relationships with his customers! "I enjoy the process of creating the right deal for each customer—one that supports their goals and strengthens them for the long term." Alex has been on the GreenMark team for 3 years now. He originally started in Integrated Solutions and recently transitioned to Ag Sales at our Monticello location. His background and interests led him to GreenMark and he shares, "I’ve found it to be a great company and a good fit for me." Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, riding his motorcycle, trying new foods, and playing basketball or baseball with his kids! We appreciate you being on our team and working hard to build strong relationships and understand your customers, Alex!

Please join us in congratulating our very own Terry Eisen who was recently named as a Division Champion for John Deere's Technicians of the Year 2025 Program! 🎉 Terry is a technician based out of our Hastings, MI location and we are so proud to see him recognized with this honor! This award highlights those with exceptional technical expertise, passion, drive, and customer service. Described as someone who "leads by example every day in the workplace," he is a positive role model and mentor for those around him both in the shop and outside of GreenMark where he is an active volunteer in multiple organizations. Congratulations, Terry!

Ron Purvis, Warsaw Parts Sales, is the September Employee Spotlight! "His skill set, customer relationships, and product knowledge that he has built up over the years has made him a great asset to our team." Ron has been with GreenMark for 19 years and will be celebrating 20 in November! His favorite part of the job? Ron shares, "I have been working in the ag parts business for 37 years and have taken care of customers that my father sold John Deere equipment to back in the 90s. Now I am selling parts to some of those customer's 2nd and 3rd generation family members. Building a trust with the customer is very humbling to me at the end of the day!" "It is exciting to see his dedication to serve the customers and his passion for the industry. We are thankful to have Ron as part of this team!" If he's not helping customers, you can find him traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest and Florida Panhandle or taking the pontoon out on the lake!
