At Hilton, we believe in something simple yet powerful: when we take care of our people, they create extraordinary experiences for our guests.    That belief drives everything we do, and it’s why Hilton has been named the No. 1 World’s Best Workplace by Fortune and Great Place To Work —for the second time in just three years.     This award is more than a ranking; it’s a reflection of the power of hospitality that starts with our Team Members. And the world agrees. According to a Morning Consult survey for Hilton:     • Nearly 80% of consumers say companies that care for employees deliver better products and services   • 90% say this matters most in hospitality   • 60% would pay more to support companies known for caring for their people      Around the world, our Team Members share the light and warmth of hospitality every day, creating the best place to work and the best place to stay. Thank you, Team Hilton! 💙     Learn more: https://lnkd.in/ezhf7CDW #HiltonForTheStay

  • ⚠️ 1 in 10 men experience depression or anxiety, yet less than half seek treatment. ⚠️ For generations, men were taught to "be strong." But those expectations are now a barrier to asking for help when stress or exhaustion sets in. In light of #Movember, let's learn how to break through these outdated norms and better approach men's mental health at work. Create safe spaces for men to access the support they need by integrating: 🩺 Mental and physical care ✅ Normalizing check-ins 🪜 Modeling openness from the top Find out how to support this shift in your workplace: https://bit.ly/4pp4xLA.

  • 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲: 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 🍁 The last of the leaves are falling, which means it’s our signal to start setting a new, bold agenda for the future of well-being for the year ahead. It's been another big month at Lyra with the launch of our 2026 Workforce Mental Health Trends Forecast and our Mental Health Innovation Summit in NYC, and we’re sharing more exciting updates you may have missed this month. Now, if you'll excuse us, it's time for pie. 🥧

  • It’s hard to bring your best self to work when you're running on empty. That feeling of chronic, work-related stress is called burnout, and for 28% of employees, it’s one of the top issues impacting their mental health. The toughest part? Only 43% of employees feel comfortable discussing mental health at work. Here are small things managers can do that can make a huge difference in preventing burnout: ❤️ Showing empathy: When managers listen and ask open-ended questions like, "What's going on for you?" it helps us feel heard and understood. 🤝 Lead by example: Employees feel more at ease when managers are open about their own challenges. 📬 Checking in: 50% of employees experience an increase in loneliness. A simple, casual message asking how they're doing and what support they need makes all the difference. 🫂 Normalizing resources: It's so important to be reminded that it's OK not to be OK and that using mental health benefits is a sign of strength, not a "last resort". If you're a manager, this guide offers valuable insights on how to support your team. https://bit.ly/486qWWU

Always exciting to see our work featured! Thank you to Lee Hafner and Employee Benefit News for the thoughtful piece on how we're supporting our employees. At Pinterest, we believe that taking care of our people means more than checking boxes—it's about creating a holistic support system that meets employees where they are in their lives. Whether that's flexibility in where we work, generous time off programs, free counseling through Lyra Health for employees and their families, or our evolving family-building support through partners like Maven Clinic. What I'm most proud of is how our benefits reflect our commitment to flexibility and choice. We're constantly listening and adapting to what our teams need to thrive—both professionally and personally—and it shows in the community and culture we're building together. https://lnkd.in/gsxP3jnC
