  • This week, Service NSW leaders joined peers from across government and industry at Royal Randwick for the tenth annual Digital NSW Showcase.   The day was an opportunity for leaders, innovators, and practitioners to share bold ideas and practical insights on shaping the future of digital in NSW, with one of the highlights being confirmation that Service NSW will launch Australia's first Digital Birth Certificate.   Launching in 2026, with an initial release planned for people aged 16 to 21, the Digital Birth Certificate will be available securely via the Service NSW app, making it easy to locate and use, whenever and wherever you need it.   We look forward to being a part of next year's event!

  • Attention tradies and small construction businesses – did you know the NSW Government contracts local construction businesses for projects across the state? Getting your business prequalified helps government buyers find your business for work across trades like carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical. You can do this by applying for a prequalification scheme. It’s an approved supplier list that shows your business meets NSW Government requirements. Being part of a scheme helps you stand out to buyers and can open the door to more work opportunities.  We can help you navigate the application process, saving you time.
