We're thrilled to offer an innovative paid traineeship and apprenticeship program. Our apprenticeships and traineeships span the following areas: Horticulture Trainee https://lnkd.in/gc3kB27K Greenkeeping Apprentice https://lnkd.in/gw7xU8Ch Apprentice Mechanic https://lnkd.in/gQhTrHQ7 You will be provided with on-the-job work experience combined with the completion of a nationally recognised qualification through TAFE or a registered training organisation (RTO). Council is dedicated to reflecting our community and strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people of diverse sexualities and genders, Veterans, young people, and mature aged workers to apply. This initiative is part of our Zero Waste Strategy, building on the success of the household FOGO service introduced in 2023. That’s a wrap for the All-in for Excellence sessions!   A huge thank you to the 1,017 staff who attended the 12 All-in for Excellence sessions we held at the Centurions Lounge this month. We brought together people from all parts of the organisation to shape the future of the Inner West. This one’s for people who love cleaning content. Out on Norton St last week. Our Main Street Blitz program saw up to 50 Council staff repair, upgrade and intensively clean along Norton St 🧹 This is on top of our regular streetscape maintenance program.
