In late October, our Taxes and Grants team had the pleasure of attending a summit hosted by the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales [REINSW], in Sydney. The summit provided an invaluable opportunity for our team members to strengthen their relationships with the REINSW members and to build new connections with real estate professionals, as well as share our resources for property professionals and field any queries they may have. Our Chief Digital Officer, Karen K. recently had the pleasure of hosting a table at the annual Women's Executive Lunch organised by IPAA NSW at the QVB Tea Rooms.   The exclusive women-only event encourages women empowering other women in their careers, with this year's event led by Kim Curtain, Chair of the Women’s Leadership Network and Deputy Secretary, NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, together with a panel of senior and extraordinary women.   Karen was joined by women leaders from across Revenue NSW and the NSW Department of Customer Service, joining other attendees in celebrating leadership, connection and purpose, and they were provided with inspiration to reflect on what it means to lead with purpose in our ever-changing public sector.   #WomenInLeadership #NSWGovernment #RevenueNSW

Our Taxes and Grants team had the pleasure of attending the Australian Institute of Conveyancers - NSW Division (AICNSW) State Conference, held in Sydney in mid-October. With over 250 conveyancers in attendance, this was a key opportunity for our team members to connect with practitioners and assist them with a range of queries relating to duties, grants, land tax, and foreign owner surcharges; as well as an opportunity to build relationships and trust with the professional conveyancing community. Lest we forget.

Our First Nations Outreach team recently joined colleagues from across the NSW Department of Customer Service at Marrickville Town Hall for the Cost of Living Hub.    In collaboration with teams from NSW Fair Trading and Service NSW, the community event gathered community and not for profit organisations, alongside agencies from across the NSW Government and Australian Government to help residents in the one location.    Community events such as the Cost of Living Hub are integral to our community engagement and outreach, highlighting our passionate customer focus for people and communities, right across NSW ❤️  

System enhancements have been made to online services to allow you to view your payroll tax grouping. These recent improvements will ensure customers have the same information as Revenue NSW about their grouping status.
